Requirements
- Must be flexible to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
- Should be willing to travel in India and Abroad to client site
- Should be willing to work abroad in short/long term projects
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge in Win 2008/2012 servers, Windows 7, Windows 8
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge in IT/Product support (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge in Oracle 11g or higher Database and SQL scripting (Mandatory)
- Knowledge in C#.Net (Optional)
- Prior working experience in Hospital Information System (Added advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions (Voice & Email)
- Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications
- Analysis of Client Requirement, creating SRS and Use-case document. Reviewing documents and workflows with clients
- Using tools for analysis and documentation of GAP analysis and documentation of Client requirement
- Track and follow-up on different stages of implementation from Requirement Gathering to Project Sign-off
- Train Client IT on Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications
- Work with client to schedule and train End Users on our Products and its dependent applications
- Prepare training materials, videos and develop training structure
- Determine root cause, management and resolution of product issues escalated through customer support channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges
- Review and Deployment of Product upgrades to client environment
- Ensuring committed tasks are closed within the agreed SLA
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (Internal and External)
Qualification:
- Education: BE /B. Tech / MCA
- Experience: Minimum 1 year or more
- Prior working experience in Hospital Information System (Added advantage)
