Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
  • Should be willing to travel in India and Abroad to client site
  • Should be willing to work abroad in short/long term projects

 

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge in Win 2008/2012 servers, Windows 7, Windows 8
  • Working knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Mandatory)
  • Working knowledge in IT/Product support (Mandatory)
  • Working knowledge in Oracle 11g or higher Database and SQL scripting (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge in C#.Net (Optional)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions (Voice & Email)
  • Determine root cause, management and resolution of product issues escalated through customer support channels
  • Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications
  • Train Client IT on Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges
  • Review and Deployment of Product upgrades to client environment

 

Qualification:

  • Education: BE /B. Tech / MCA
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year or more
  • Prior working experience in Hospital Information System (Added advantage)
